Monthly Inflation Report for December 2018 Ethiopian Fiscal Year (EFY),
indicating a significant decline in inflation across the national economy.

  9.7%
  (Down from 16.9% in November 2017 EFY)
• Month-on-month general inflation:
  –1.4%
  (Compared to a –0.8% decrease in November 2017 EFY)

• Meat: 13.7%
• Sugar, jam, honey & chocolate: 16.1%

• Bread & cereals: –3.0%
